Weave uses commercially reasonably efforts to initially respond to all support questions promptly and thoroughly, during normal Support Hours and if received outside of normal support timeframes, Weave will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond within six (6) hours during the next Support Hours.

Support is not available during the following United States Holidays (New Years’ Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and following day, Christmas Day).
